For bulk licensing we generate a Purchase Order for your accounts department and accept payment by bank transfer.
When payment is complete use the Agent DVR tab to assign your licenses. You will see a new option to use a credit instead of purchasing.
If you're not installing Agent DVR yourself you'll need to ask people to send you their Unique ID from the licensing tab in Agent Server Settings - Licensing.
